To get to know the students life and the university of the hosting IW, academic related events are included into the program, such as a tour through the university complex, speeches from professors etc.

Business
This pillar ensures that the participants get a glimpse of the business and economic life of the country, for example through visits at local companies or case studies.

Culture
This pillar includes events that help to experience the local culture in all its forms, which can be museum visits, dance lessons, cooking lessons about the local cuisine, or anything else that relates to the culture of the place.

Social Exchange
Besides experiencing the local life, there is the unique chance to meet a big variety on other cultures - thanks to all the participants. To support this exchange, social activities like team buildings, the obligatory International Dinner and many others are held.
